The factory outlet center first opened its doors to customers in 1999. Although it was a development of The Mills Corporation, it is one of many now owned by the famous Simon Property Group. The regular mall hours of operation for retail outlets are from 10 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday and 11 am until 6 pm on Sunday.
